How we approach this
Re-platforming, practically.
Re-platforming is the highest-stakes work we do. Half the failures are technical, half are political, and the technical half is the easier half. We start with a URL inventory and a redirect map signed off by your SEO team. We migrate content in batches behind feature flags, run an old-vs-new diff every night, and only flip the DNS once organic traffic on the new build matches the old build for two consecutive weeks.
Stack we ship with
Boring tools, by choice.
